Understanding MIP LED Screen (MicroLED In Package)
MIP LED display screen, short for “MicroLED in Package,” is an advanced diode packaging technology that combines RGB diodes smaller than 100 microns into a surface mounted diode (SMD).
MIP LED display screen technology demonstrates superior suitability for micro-scale chips, offering greater potential for pixel pitch reduction and cost optimization. As Micro LED adoption accelerates, MIP emerges as the preferred solution, leveraging its inherent advantages over traditional approaches through active matrix implementation. REISSDISPLAY fully practices the responsibility and responsibility of a global leader in visual-effect technology, actively explores the trends of new technologies, lays out MIP packaging technology, and leads industrial development.
MIP LED Display Screen Technology
MIP LED technology – The MIP series adopts the MIP technology independently developed by ReissDisplay, and uses 50um to 100um LED light emitting chips to achieve excellent small-pitch display effect. Combining flip chip and common cathode technology, the product ensures higher reliability and lower power consumption. The screen surface is made of multi-layer coating to enhance color and black consistency, while reducing glare, reflection and moiré, giving users a more comfortable visual experience.

MIP Full Flip Chip Common Cathode Packa
No pad blocking, high luminous efficiency, reduced lamp bead failure rate. Larger pad size, more secure connection. Smaller chip size, higher contrast.
Ultra-low power consumption
The product uses common cathode and flip-chip technology, as well as an energy-saving driver chip, which significantly reduces power consumption by 34%.
The MIP Series Products Have a Seven-layer Protection
Seven-layer protection system, which performs well in various complex environments, and has excellent performance such as dustproof, moisture-proof, anti-collision, anti-static, and blue light filtering. Designed for environments that are prone to dirt and complex environments such as subway internal tracks, the product has excellent reliability and significantly extends the product life.
MIP LED Display Screen Ultra-light and Ultra-thin
The thickness of a cabinet is only 28 mm, and the weight of the cabinet is only 4.8 kg, as light as a feather.
MIP LED Display Screen High Brightness
Standard brightness is up to 1,000 nits. With a contrast ratio of over 1,000,000:1, images are crisp and bright, with every detail fully visible.
Excellent Visual Performance
The high refresh rate of 7680Hz, high dynamic range, high-resolution display, and advanced 24-bit grayscale function provide excellent color performance and visual impact, thereby providing an excellent viewing and shooting experience.
Wider Viewing Angle
Ultra-wide viewing angle, up to 170°/170°.
Micro Chip Package
Pixel-level light color mixing bin 99% ultra high consistency.

SMD & COB & MIP
At the display level, the point spacing of MIP can be minimized, followed by COB, and SMD is more restrictive in point spacing;
Overall, MIP is better than SMD and COB in terms of LED chip size, electrical connection, contrast, mounting link, repairability, flatness, mixed lamp bin, etc.
It can be seen that MIP is suitable for smaller chips, with more room for reducing spacing and cost reduction. In the future, the trend of Micro LED is determined, and MIP has obvious advantages. Leyard fully practices the responsibility and responsibility of a global leader in visual-effect technology, actively explores the trends of new technologies, lays out MIP packaging technology, and leads industrial development.
Easy to Clean
The MIP series surface is easy to clean. If you need to clean the screen, just wipe it gently with a damp cloth to achieve efficient cleaning and reduce maintenance costs.
MIP LED Display Screen Technology Lamp Repairable
MIP LED technology allows repair of damaged lights when necessary, and customers can repair them locally without sending the faulty module back to the factory, greatly saving time and cost.
