Fine Pitch (P0.9–P2.0) uses high-density COB or advanced SMD packaging delivering near-commercial display image quality with refresh rates up to 3,840 Hz and 16-bit grayscale depth. Standard indoor LED (P2.5–P5) offers better cost-efficiency for larger displays viewed from 4m+ such as lobbies and auditoriums.

All REISSDISPLAY products are rated ≥ 100,000 hours L70 — retaining over 70% of original brightness after 100,000 hours of operation, equivalent to 22+ years at 12 hours/day. LED chips are sourced exclusively from Tier-1 suppliers with strict incoming quality control on every batch.

Our displays are natively compatible with the RD Control System v4, plus all major processors: Novastar, Colorlight, Linsn, Brompton Technology, and Megapixel VR. The RD4.0 Open API enables custom integration with building management systems, media servers (Resolume, d3/disguise), and broadcast automation platforms.

Fine Pitch and Rental Series achieve up to 3,840 Hz - 15,360 Hz refresh rate with 16-26 bit grayscale processing, completely eliminating moiré patterns and visible flicker under high-speed cameras at up to 1/8,000s shutter speed — satisfying broadcast TV production, live concerts, esports venues, and cinema LED volume requirements.

Yes. The Creative Series is engineered for custom geometries including convex and concave curves, cylinders, spheres, cones, and freeform architectural forms. Our structural engineering team provides complete CAD drawings, load calculations, and tolerance analysis — included at no charge for all qualified partner orders.

Contact your authorized distributor for first-level remote troubleshooting. If unresolved, submit directly via our Partner Portal or email warranty@reissdisplay.com with Order Number, Product Serial Number, defect description, and photos or video. Our warranty team issues a case number and resolution plan within 24 business hours.

Yes. Both on-site and return-to-factory options are available. For isolated module failures, replacement parts are dispatched to the installation site. For complex system failures, a certified local technician is deployed from our regional partner network.

Standard catalogue products: 10 sqm minimum per pixel pitch variant. Custom products: MOQ is project-specific. Authorized distributors may benefit from lower thresholds under their partnership agreement. Sample units (1–5 cabinets) are available to qualified distributors prior to full-scale purchase.

Standard products: 15–20 business days production plus 5–10 days DHL air or sea freight. Custom products: 20–35 business days. Rush production is available on select lines, achieving as few as 10 business days — confirmed in the Purchase Order acknowledgment.
